Health tips for you-blog

Keeping healthy is very important to our everyday Living. I know some days you may not feel like it but pushing yourself and keeping motivated is the best way to overcome those lazy spells. To staying more fit you need to know the basics. That’s what we are going to discuss in this blog.

Eating breakfast the most important meal of the day. Never should go without breakfast, it’s the one meal that give your body the fuel it needs to go for the day. But I will tell you if you work out in the mornings eat after your workout. It’s always a good thing to exercise first then eat; because after eating sometimes we can feel groggy 🥴 and tired with a full stomach. Plus also if you get to hot 🥵 from working out 🏋️‍♀️ after eating 🍽. It can lead you to being nauseousness. So do try your best when making the decision to always workout first eat last.

When making healthy choices it's always best to make sure you stay on it each and every day. Finding the right motivation is key to this and you can use apps on your phone or if you have friends then you can be uplifting for each other to meet health goals each day. Being healthy is the best way to live while lessening unhealthy habits and sicknesses that can keep your body down. When making decisions on what to do rather its cardio exercises, eating habits, or simply just wanting to feel better in your body it takes determination and motivation to conquer those lazy days habits. But friendly reminder make sure you rest one day out of the week. Overexertion isn't the way to go when your goal is to be healthy. Do allow your self at least one day out of the week to rest up for the rest of your exercise routine.

Staying good on your mental health is another good way to stay healthy. Practice each day saying one positive thing each morning to start the day. Affirmation if you must, for the day can try your brain 🧠 to think positive than negative. If you looks up quotes, or write it down in your personal journal, to even downloading affirmation apps on your mobile 📱devices. It's a great start for the day and a great start to keeping your mental health in check. Me, I suffer from anxiety. Yes, it can be hard at times. Yes, I have days that I crash and cry it out and basically say I give up. Then other days I'm strong and can take on the world 🌎 never said we won't have falling days but I do stand by it won't last days. You can get back up each and every time. Plus it is healthy to cry just as long as you don't stay depressed. I, myself have a affirmation text every morning and bible verse on my email to help with the days and what they can hold. So I can personally say I know they work. Try it.

Self care plays a role in good health as well. Like mental health, treating yourself to dinner at your favorite restaurant or going to the movies. You need time for yourself as well. I know spending time with your loved ones and friends are fun but sometimes you need some you time as well. Getting out of the house going for a walk or jog around a nature trail or park. Going shopping 🛒for your favorite make up, clothes, shoes, etc. Even buying stuff for your pets if you have any is so filling 🥧with happiness. Even reading 📖your favorite book or writing in your journal taking a bubble bath with candles 🕯. All these things can bring relaxation to your you time. So why not give yourself a break from always being around others and spend time with yourself. You never know how much you have changed if you never spend time just you alone. Trust me, I know.

All these things can bring good health to you and your family. Just taking time to fit in daily health routines are a life changer. But can brighten anyone's day when done correctly. Always look to be better than you were yesterday. Each new day is a new start to make things happen and to make a change for things that are old and have to go.

BE BLESSED!
