Health Status 101 Blog- Health Drinks


 

Okay so let's all be honest here, some of us crave unhealthy drinks. I'm talking about sodas, and all other sugary drinks that are more bad for you than they are good. I love them too but, did you know that consuming 1 soda a day not only adds weight, but it also adds higher risk of health issues such as diabetes, kidney problems, and even heart problems as well?

Did you know it also eats your stomach lining that can result in later down the road ulcers? But if you want the truth, it is hard drinking healthy or eating healthy all the time. But to be more healthy you got to push through the "I want" and get the "I need" in place.

I have been drinking healthy mixtures drinks for over 2 years now. I can tell you I feel a lot more better than I have before all thinks to these drinks I am going to list. I promise these are a game changer.



Lemon water

It detoxes your body and flushes the bad bacteria out. It can also help with digestion making food in our stomach dissolve more due to the acid in the lemon. It is also weight controlling, it helps control your hunger while giving you a fuller effect.

It also helps prevent kidney stones, the acid dissolves them as well. It's also super hydrating, so it can be really good for hot summer days if working outside and consuming a lot of sun. I also tell you what I enjoy doing to but don't do this if your hot from being outside! But on cold days or if you are sick boil water with 2 slices of lemon in the boiler and when bubble start to come up pour water in coffee mug with the lemon let sit UNTIL COOL. It's the best way to flush bad bacteria out while also helping your immune system fight off viruses.




Apple Cider Vinegar Water

It helps with weight as well, as keeping a full filling. I would recommend drinking first thing in the morning, or after each meal to see great results. It also helps fight against bad bacteria in gut area as well as cleansing the rest of the body. Flushes kidney stones and helps flush UTI'S out as well. It also helps with colds because it gives your immune system a boost and helps with sore throat as well. It also helps with bad breath as well as also cleaning teeth. But do be careful because if to much hits the teeth it can eat your enamel off causing sensitivity.

It also helps protect your heart, lowers risk of stroke, and/ or heart disease.



Orange Water

Orange water is really good warm or cold. And you can add Ginger to it to enhance flavor. It helps boost vitamin A, and C, lowers cholesterol and regulates blood pressure as well. It also helps fight against certain cancers such as lung, breast, mouth, skin, and believe it or not colon cancer.

It cans brighten your skin and also aid in anti- ageing. It also helps reduce hunger and helps manage weight as well.



Strawberry, Lemon, water

This tasty mixture of fruit in water is refreshing. Specially on a hot summer day out near the pool or beach. This is the drink to bring for sure! It helps rejuvenate skin looking brighter and flawless. Also when you drink a glass a day it can help with anti-aging. It can also help with bloating, as well as help with menstrual cramps ladies! It also is good for constipation and can work to cleanse the bad out. As well as fight against skin cancer.



Lemon Tea

That's right, it helps with wrinkles, and also detoxes the body. It helps with digestive tract and also helps reduce blood pressure. It can also fight some cancer properties as well slowing the growth of cancer cells.

So all my lovely tea drinkers out there drink up with 1 slice of lemon!



Coconut Water

Coconut water is really good source of potassium, and great for hydration! Another one of those beach days, or outside days drink! It also works for wrinkles and fights kidney disease. Supports healthy heart, blood pressure! It is a good stomach filler and keeps you full for a while. You can also make coconut water popsicles in the freezer and a summer pool party dessert. These bad boys are a must!



Herbal Tea

All herbal teas have many health benefits! They are extremally healthy for you, and some are made to even fight cancer natural, and colds, fight weight, sleepless nights as well. They are great for days that are very stressful as well, herbal tea can help with unwinding and relaxing. It also promotes 🧠 brain function, I recommend green tea because it helps you stay focused while giving you energy without the crashing afterwards. Herbal tea can promote healthy, younger looking skin as well!



 


All these tasty drinks are very safe and helpful when wanting to make a change in health. It can be hard but it can be done!
