Some relaxing tips you should do-Blog





I don’t know about you all, but I enjoy being relaxed. who wouldn’t? After a long week of working, and trying to socialize, and stay fit with exercise and just basically doing to the daily life routines it can begin to get tiring and make you exhausted. If your like me and also doing something everyday and not really thinking hey I need to relax one day out of the week, then this blog is for you.

Here are some relaxing tips I do one day out of the week to give myself a break.


  1. Watching TV- who doesn't like to watch tv and catch up on there series or what new on the movie 🎥 sections. I know I do! The great part about this is that you can do it all day just about and give yourself the break that you need.

  2. Bubble Baths- there is no better way to relax then taking a nice hot relaxing bubble bath 🛀 With the choice of sweet smells of aroma therapy such as: scented oils, soaps, and candles.

  3. Reading- Doesn’t matter what you are reading as long as it is relaxing to you then that’s all that matters. You can read books that take you to another world or blogs, or even the Bible. Reading also is one of the best ways to stay alert with words and keeps your mind sharp. Very good mind exercise while being relaxed!

  4. Meditation 🧘‍♀️ Is another great way to relax. It only takes 15-20 minutes out of your day and you can do it whenever you want. It can relax your nervous system and can also help with keeping calm. It’s a healthy way to stay mentally physical.

  5. Yoga 🧘 just like meditation it’s very relaxing while stretching muscles and staying fit. It has also been scientifically proven to keep mental health problems at bay.

  6. Writing ✍️ Is another way to relax. Writing in your journal or prayer book can help let go of things that are deep down and personal. It’s a great way to also examine how you let things and how bad they bother you. By rereading them can show you what you need to work on mental wise. It helps, trust me!

  7. Puzzles 🧩 are another great way to relax while putting together a master piece. Also another great way to keep your mind sharp. And having the great feeling of completing something is also a relief for mental health.

  8. Pets- are another great way to relax. They love attention and love to cuddle and play. It’s a great way to let go of stress too. Scientifically proven to help with mood swing and build a connection with them as well. Personally I struggle with anxiety and stress. My fur babies always are there for me and they are wonderful with comforting me! It works, trust me!

  9. Aroma Therapy- Yes! This is a wonderful way to unwind and also get much needed rest! My favorites scent is immunity. It’s great for relaxing while also building and strong immunity. But there are other scents that I enjoy as well! Diffusers can be a little price, but so worth it! Trust me, you won’t be sorry! It’s also proven that aroma therapy can help with healing too!

  10. Herbs 🪴 are a wonderful way for relaxing. There many herbs that a healthy and help promote you to stay relaxed. My personal favorite is Lemon Balm Herbs 🌿 but I enjoy others such a as Lavender, chamomile, and passionflower!

  11. Music 🎶 relaxing instruments have been scientifically proven to promote relaxation and help to keep your mind focused on the instruments🎹 Listening to uplifting music such as Christian music is a good way to stay relaxed and unwind.
